The Agro Plus Programme is the result of institutional partnerships between rural producers, industry, civil society, academia, government and financial institutions for the development of a common sustainable agenda. The activities are closely coordinated by the Brazilian Association of Vegetable Oil Industries (ABIOVE), the National Service for Rural Learning (SENAR) in the states of Mato Grosso, Minas Gerais, Mato Grosso do Sul, Bahia and Maranhão, the Bahia State Association of Farmers and Irrigators (AIBA), the Minas Gerais State Federation of Agriculture and Livestock Farming (FAEMG), the BioSystemic Institute (iBS), the Viçosa Federal University (UFV)
and the Mato Grosso do Sul State Federation of Agriculture and Livestock Farming (FAMASUL).
